Terms & Conditions

  • The prices for the special christmas packages is available until midnight 31/12/2009. All orders must be processed and paid for in full to receive this offer price.
  • Zixi Ltd cannot guarantee delivery for Christmas for any orders made after 11/12/2009.
  • photo-shoot availablity is limited. Bookings will only be taken if a mutually agreed date/time is available. While we will endevour to book a photo-shoot when requested we cannot guarantee that photo-shoots will be available.
  • Maximum of 2 children per photo-shoot.
  • The photo-shoot is for 30 minutes, regardless of whether there is 1 or 2 children for the session.
  • A booking fee of £30 is required to confirm the booking, the booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
  • Photo-shoots will take place at the customers home or another place that the customer is allowed to use
  • The location of the photo-shoot must be within 30 miles of our business premises in Bentley near Farnham
  • In the event that Zixi Ltd cancels a photo-shoot for any reason and a suitable appointment cannot be re-arranged then a full refund of deposits/monies paid will be given
  • In the event that the customer cancels a photo-shoot then a full refund of the deposit will be made if cancellation takes place at least 7 days in advance. In the event of cancellation by the customer within 7 days of the photo-shoot booking the deposit will not be refunded unless the appointment can be re-booked elsewhere.
  • Any cancellations or alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing/email
  • All copyright of images remain with Zixi Ltd.
  • All images provided are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial use.
  • No returns will be accepted unless the item is damaged on arrival. In the event of damage then the item will be replaced
  • No refunds will be given for digital products once they have been delivered to the customer
  • No refunds will be given for any prints or canvas products once the have been delivered to the customer. In the event that any product is damaged during delivery then we will replace the product on a like-for-like basis. Once delivery is accepted by the customer then no replacements can be made.
